Perbandingan Metode Simple Additive Weighting Dan Weighted Product Dalam Penilaian Kinerja Guru

چکیده
The teacher performance appraisal process is carried out through a manual assessment form which will then be given value according to predetermined criteria. Comparative analysis of the Simple Additive Weighting and Weighted Product methods on data by comparing final results obtained from two methods. looking at number criteria used, processing time also ranking results. Based tests that have been out, comparison in terms time, SAW method faster than WP method, same value.
